Print Program Guide

The Word On The Street’s Official Festival Program is the essential guide for our visitors — packed with event listings, author highlights, exhibitor information, and site details. It’s the primary tool attendees use to navigate and plan their festival experience. Festival Programs are distributed widely across Toronto in the weeks leading up to the festival, including TTC stations during rush hour, Toronto Public Library branches, independent bookstores, retail locations, community centres, schools, hotel partners, and Toronto City Hall. On festival day, copies are available at all Information Booths throughout the site.

Advertising in the Program places your organization front and centre with more than 60,000 engaged readers — and all advertisements are printed in full colour for maximum visual impact.

Banners will be printed on vinyl or chloroplast with grommets. All advertising will be printed single-sided and full colour.

Please provide high resolution press-ready artwork. PDF files are preferred and vector based logos are required. For best results, artwork should be 300dpi at final print.
