Event Speaker: Neil Brooks

Neil Brooks is professor emeritus at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. For more than 40 years, he taught tax law and policy at Osgoode and served as the director of its graduate program in taxation. He has published extensively on issues related to tax law and policy and has been an advisor on tax policy and tax reform to numerous governments around the world.
